I made this "adobe" house from a piece of styrofoam that padded some electronic gadget. I made it for my daughter Corey. I had made a different one for my son Jim and she like it alot. Hopefully, she'll like this one as well.
My life has been an amazing journey...full of loving family, friends and soul nurturing opportunities. I've lived in southern New Mexico in the town of Las Cruces. I've lived here for 12 years and I love the creativity that exudes from every building, the environment and especially the people. Lupus has caused me to retire from my job as an Occupational Therapist. I miss working with my little kids and babies but I've used this as an opportunity to nurture the creative side of my soul.

OH, my gosh.
Those are so awesome!
I've been meaning to make a post on (stuff I found in) a book on found object art that I found at the library a while back.
Maybe some day I'll get around to it.
In the meantime, I will just admire your creativity some more...
Susan -- Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving encouraging comments. It's nice to hear from others who are living with Lupus and finding joy in each day.
Blessings,
